I may not be the person you are looking for right now, but I may be the person that you need. You may not be able to see it now but when you finally get to meet me, I hope I can be the person that fits to what you need for your business.

I know we are still strangers, but I can give you a glimpse of what you can expect from me.

My priority is to help you achieve your business goals and live by the company’s objectives, values and principles. When I get to meet you, that would be the first thing I would like to know. The second would be to know your story as the owner/s of your business and what your journey has been with what you have right now. Knowing this would help me understand how the company was established and perform my duties and responsibilities the way you did, I will treat it as my own. Third, having me, accepting me, as one of your employees is already a great privilege for me and I am very grateful already even if I have not yet started with your company. Knowing that I will be coming to your country, and helping your business makes me excited and thankful that you’ve given me the opportunity to work with you, work with your neighbors (meeting new people) and help your community through working in your business.

I had experience in customer relations working in the BPO industry for 4 years or as a “call-center agent” as you commonly know it so I can say I am well versed in handling various types of people and customers. We are trained on how to manage them, manage our emotions when dealing with angry customers and keep a positive and cheerful attitude despite the negativity. I also made a lot of friends during my time working with various companies so I can say I am easy to work with. I also have great working relations with my supervisors and team leaders. I am close to my family, and I love spending time with them, especially with my nephews and nieces. I also love my daughter so much who is my motivation for working hard as well as my partner who will be with me on this opportunity. I love to cook and food at the same time, I love going out to the mountains or to the beach or just road-tripping.
